One of the most important regional buildings was recently officially inaugurated in the Chinese metropolis of Jinan (approx. 7 million inhabitants). The project "Parc 66" is an exclusive shopping centre with a floor space of approx. 260000 m². In this shopping centre there are about 400 shops spread over 7 floors. Under the building is the underground car park with 1000 parking spaces on an area of approx. 65000 m².

We are proud to have been involved in the realisation of this project, as all the coating materials for sealing the underground car park come from ABP. The particular challenge of this project was to meet the colour and architectural specifications and the opening date set well in advance. Particularly noteworthy is the perfect planning and application of the coating materials by our Chinese partner.

A particularly positive insight is that in this construction project, the focus was not on price, but on quality. In numerous, interesting discussions with the investors, we were repeatedly told about the difficulties and negative experiences with the supposedly cheaper competitor products, so that in the meantime the Chinese construction sector, just as in the automotive industry, relies on quality "Made in Germany".
